According Mark Hammer, researcher from University College, London, By doing this continuously, at least 20 menit, not only cleanness of your home you meet, but also your mind become healthier.
Physical activities such as cleaning home, jogging, fast walking are able to reduce depression. The more intensive and more often you do those physical activities, the better the effect you can get.
Physical activities can push down the biological risk factor that cause depression. Unfortunately, people who have had depression or gotten stress are being lazy to do physical activities and tend to keep close their self precisely.

Aktivitas fisik seperti bersih-bersih rumah , jogging dan jalan cepat mampu meredam depresi. Makin intensif dan sering aktivias fisik itu dilakukan , hasilnya akan lebih baik. Menurut hhamer, aktivitas fisik akan menekan faktor-faktor risiko biologis penyebab terjaidnya deperesi. Sayangnya orang yang sudah terlanjur depresi atau stres justru malas melakukan aktivitas fisik dan cenderung menutup diri.
